# Title & Panel Title

Updating the Title and Panel Title within your Conversion Tools™ gives you the ability to customize your Engagement Widget™ with more personalized titles to grab your customers attention. Rename your Conversion Tools™ to match your business and give it a more personalized touch.&#x20;

## Title

This is the title that will be displayed when the widget is opened and the widget tool has not yet been selected, as shown below.  To change the title of any Conversion Tool™, simply click on the Title field, and type in your preferred text.&#x20;

## Panel Title

This is the title that will be displayed when the widget tool is opened inside the widget, as shown below. To change the panel title of any Widget Tool, simply click on the Panel Title field, and type in your preferred text.
