We pull reviews directly from inside your CRM. If you do not have any reviews in your CRM account, no reviews will show in your widget. To get reviews into your CRM, integrate your Google and Facebook accounts into your CRM. If you have reviews, they will show in your CRM.
The Reviews tool allows you to showcase your customer reviews from Google and Facebook on every page of your website from inside your widget. You can control which reviews to show or hide based on a “minimum star rating”, and even collect reviews directly from inside your widget.
