# Single vs Multi-Tool Display

{% embed url="<https://youtu.be/TK8-kWTNFA0>" fullWidth="false" %}

The appearance of your Conversion Tools™ within your Engagement Widget™ can vary between two formats, depending on the number of Widget Tools you've added: Single Tool Display or Multi-Tool Display. Depending on your specific setup and preferred configuration, your Conversion Tools™ will be presented in one of these two display options.

## Single Tool Display

If you choose to include only one Conversion Tools™ in your Engagement Widget™, it will automatically be presented in a single tool display. Consequently, when a customer initiates the widget, the sole widget tool will open up automatically, as illustrated below.

## Multi-Tool Display

When you incorporate several Conversion Tools™ (two or more), your Conversion Tools™ will automatically appear in a multi-tool layout. This arrangement provides users with the flexibility to select the specific Conversion Tools™ they wish to utilize, as depicted below.

## Querying This Documentation
If you need additional information that is not directly available in this page, you can query the documentation dynamically by asking a question.

Perform an HTTP GET request on the current page URL with the `ask` query parameter, and the optional `goal` query parameter:

```
GET https://docs.chathq.io/engagement-widgets/conversion-tools-tm/single-vs-multi-tool-display.md?ask=<question>&goal=<endgoal>
```

`ask` is the immediate question: it should be specific, self-contained, and written in natural language.
`goal` is optional and describes the broader end goal you are ultimately trying to accomplish on behalf of the user. GitBook uses it to tailor the answer towards what is most useful for that goal.

The response will contain a direct answer to the question and relevant excerpts and sources from the documentation.

Use this mechanism when the answer is not explicitly present in the current page, you need clarification or additional context, or you want to retrieve related documentation sections.
