Widget Placement

In this section, we provide a step-by-step guide to help you customize the placement of your Engagement Widget™ on your website. This article outlines the simple process of choosing either the left or right-hand side of your web page for your widget. Whether you're a seasoned webmaster or a beginner, these easy-to-follow instructions will make widget placement a breeze.

Access Widget Settings

First, navigate to the Engagement section of your ChatHQ Portal. Click on Widget Settings, and open Main Widget Settings. Here you can configure the Engagement Widget™ on your web page.

Select the Desired Placement

Click on the Widget Placement dropdown menu to reveal the options. You can then select either "Left" or "Right" based on your preference.

Left Side (Screen)

This will place your widget on the left-hand side of your web page.

Right Side (Screen)

This will place your widget on the right-hand side of your web page.

Confirm and Save

After making your selection, confirm and save your settings to ensure that the widget appears in the chosen location on your web page.
Customizing the placement of your widget is as simple as choosing between two options: left or right. By following these steps, you can easily set up your widget to appear in your desired location on your web page.
